This policy explains what information the Dead Zone mobile game ("the App") collects, how it is used and the choices you have. By installing or using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask for an account, a name, an e-mail address, a phone number, contacts, photos or your precise location. The App works fully offline as a guest profile.

The App contains third-party software (SDKs) that automatically collect a limited amount of technical data when the App is online:

• Advertising – Google AdMob (Google LLC). To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, coarse location derived from the IP address, device type and operating system, app version, and information about the ads you see and tap. Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
• Consent management – Google User Messaging Platform. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the App shows a consent form before any ad is loaded and stores your choice on the device.
• In-app purchases – Google Play Billing. Purchases (gem packs, Remove Ads, VIP subscription) are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive your payment card or bank details; Google Play sends the App only a purchase token and the product identifier so that the item can be delivered. • Game engine – Unity Technologies. The App is built with the Unity engine and Unity In-App Purchasing, which may transmit a pseudonymous device identifier and basic device information to Unity in order to validate purchases and operate the service. Unity's policy: unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

2. Information stored only on your device

Your game progress, unlocked weapons and characters, coins and gems balance, control settings and consent choice are saved locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to us. Uninstalling the App deletes it.

3. How the information is used

• To display advertising (including rewarded videos you choose to watch) and to measure ad performance.
• To deliver in-app purchases and the VIP subscription benefits you paid for.
• To detect fraud, abuse and invalid ad traffic, and to comply with legal obligations.
• To keep the App stable and secure.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above.

4. Sharing

Technical data described in section 1 is shared with the providers named there (Google, Unity) and, through Google AdMob, with Google's advertising partners for the purpose of ad delivery and measurement. We do not share data with anyone else, except when required by law.

5. Your choices and rights

• Personalised ads: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Consent (EEA/UK/CH): you can change your ad-consent choice by reinstalling the App or from the in-game Settings screen when the consent option is offered.
• Remove ads: the "Remove Ads" purchase and the VIP subscription stop interstitial ads.
• Subscriptions: manage or cancel the VIP subscription at any time in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions.
• Access and deletion: because we hold no personal data on our own servers, deleting the App removes all locally stored game data. For data held by Google or Unity please use the links above. You may also e-mail us at the address above with any privacy request and we will respond within 30 days.

Residents of the EEA, the UK, California and other regions with privacy laws have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of their personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Children

Dead Zone is an action game intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security and retention

All data transmitted by the App uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies. We keep e-mail correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App or the law changes. The effective date at the top will be updated and material changes will be announced in the App or on its Google Play page.
